In addition, you also have to drink a glass of salt water in the morning and a laxative tea in the evening, before going to bed. The detox diet needs to be followed for between 4 to 10 days. Many dieters came to feel ill and experience fatigue, headaches, nausea or diarrhea, so if you come across such symptoms, don’t worry, they are just side effects of the process by which toxins are removed from your body.
